Dr. Aubrey Harding, ND
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Aubrey Harding is a licensed naturopathic physician. She began her education at Macalester College in Minnesota studying psychology, biology, and community and global health. At that point, she decided to pursue naturopathic medicine to help people maximize their health.
She completed her doctorate of naturopathic medicine with honors in research at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She specifically enjoys seeing patients for metabolic disorders including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and heart disease, as well as medical weight loss, contraception, and women’s health.
Dr. Harding served as a board member of the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians for five years.
When not working, Dr. Harding enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and watching college football. Go Ducks!
Dr. Daniel Milligan, ND
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Daniel Milligan practices naturopathic family medicine with an integrative approach.
Dr. Milligan received his medical education from the National College of Natural Medicine where he trained as a general practitioner and tailored his studies to receive more focused training in the field of men’s health, GI health, physical medicine, and pediatrics.
He aims to get to the root problem of his patient’s needs, whether that imbalance is in the GI tract, hormones, or mental health. By carefully listening to the patient’s story and through thorough lab testing he always works to find out how to restore the body back to equilibrium. Here are just a few of the areas that Dr. Milligan can help you with:

GI health is very personal to Dr. Milligan. He has a long personal history of dealing with his own chronic GI concerns. He spends time continuously looking for the best evidence-based information to help his patients. He is in a unique position to help patients with IBS, Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis, GERD, and Short-gut syndrome. He is also an expert in dealing with life after surgery and living with an ostomy.
When not practicing medicine you can find Dr. Milligan out walking his Goldendoodle, Ollie.
Dr. Emma Stacey, ND
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Emma Stacey is a licensed naturopathic doctor who practices with a foundation of evidence-based, integrative medicine. She was born and raised in Seattle before spending time on the East Coast studying undergrad at Connecticut College, earning a degree in Public Health. After spending several years working in the field of international public health, she switched careers to naturopathic medicine. She completed her doctorate of naturopathic medicine at Sonoran University in Tempe, AZ. During her schooling, she received additional training in dermatology, completing numerous rotations with dermatologists throughout her four years. After graduating, Dr. Stacey completed her first year of residency at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA where she supervised student clinicians in addition to seeing patients.
She enjoys seeing patients for dermatology concerns including skin checks, biopsies, and lesion removals. She additionally has a passion for endocrinology, rheumatology, gynecology, and metabolic conditions. When not working. Dr. Stacey enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, exercising, and gardening.
Dr. Aaron Erez, DO
Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Aaron Erez is a board certified family medicine physician with extensive training in integrative and functional medicine. He attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed his family medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Corvallis, Oregon.
He has a certification in Functional Medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine and has had a lifelong passion for health optimization, nutrition, integrative medicine, and emotional and physical wellness. He enjoys delving into chronic and complex medical conditions with the goal of finding the root causes of illness. As part of the functional medicine approach, he will take a comprehensive look at all aspects of your health including your nutrition, gut function, biochemistry, sleep, exercise, and psychology to find the key factors that can be leveraged to optimize your health and well-being.
Dr. Erez is well-versed in integrative and innovative treatments for a wide range of illnesses but specializes in digestive conditions, men’s and women’s hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions, skin problems, and mental health issues. He strives to combine the best of conventional, alternative, and functional medicine to suit each individual patient’s needs. The overall goal is to reach a space where you feel understood and empowered to make changes in your life that ultimately level up your life and increase your happiness. Patients of all ages can see Dr. Erez via video conferencing, but if any in-person needs arise he is able to coordinate with other providers and staff at the clinic for things like blood work, diagnostics, injections, and other procedures.
In his free time he enjoys an active lifestyle, including biking, hiking, surfing, paddle boarding, functional fitness, and traveling.
Dr. Sreshtha Singh, DO
Physician
Dr. Srestha Singh, DO is currently working as an internal medicine resident at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA and is also seeing patients at Well Life Medicine. He has a passion for internal medicine and primary care. His clinical interests include metabolic disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. His passions include travel, sports, and music. In his free time he enjoys exploring new places with his wife and best friend Hinnah. He is currently accepting patients 18+
Emily Charlton, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Emily Charlton is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who recently returned to graduate school to further her education as a dually certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has studied at Gonzaga University and Liberty University. Her experience as a nurse extends back to 15 years ago when she started her career as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care. Previous nursing experience includes geriatric care, home healthcare, medical surgical nursing, and outpatient chronic pain management. Her advanced practice nursing experience includes primary care, family medicine, and urgent care.
She is an empathetic nurse practitioner who is focused on providing quality care and maintaining direct lines of communication with patients and the healthcare team. Emily is a calm and understanding professional who strives to treat both body and mind to provide care that is holistic and individualized. She cares for patients across the lifespan with various acute and chronic conditions.
Emily is a Portland Native and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and running. She is also a crafter, baker, lover of animals, and a strong supporter of the Portland Timbers. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Coraline, at the park and spending time with her sisters and two young nephews.
Sandra Young, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Sandra Young practiced as a registered nurse for three years, afterwards she wanted to provide healthcare more independently. She became a nurse practitioner because she wanted to make a difference in patient’s health and quality of life. She earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Oregon Health Sciences University and soon after she graduated from Gonzaga University with a Masters in Nursing. She began her practice as a nurse practitioner in family practice and internal medicine. Over the years she has discovered the key to successful patient relationships starts with forming a partnership with her patients. She wants her patients to understand the importance of taking care of themselves. Her role is to provide the necessary education, resources, and motivation to help patients and families be successful in reaching their personal health goals.
In her free time I enjoy working on my hobby farm, spending time with my animals, kayaking, and camping.
David Ramsay, PCA,

David Ramsay is a Professional Counselor Associate at Well Life Medicine, having graduated with honors from Washington State University for Psychology and with honors from Lewis & Clark College with a Masters in Counseling. His approach to therapy is to first respect and honor that each person is truly unique, with their own story, identity, values, and perspectives; lives are more than a label or diagnosis, they are complicated, each with various strengths and challenges, resources and obstacles.
David is committed to truly hearing and understanding the client and the issues of their life. He aims to offer support, guidance, and judgment-free space to explore clients’ concerns and challenges while furthering their own self-understanding and ability to self-advocate, building and capitalizing on strengths, while collaboratively addressing the problematic areas upon which a client wishes to improve or heal.
David prioritizes the client’s autonomy with the aim of enabling a client to become attuned to their development, well-being, and an open-ended exploration of possible life options and choices. David maintains an eclectic theoretical orientation with clients, often utilizing various cognitive behavioral approaches that are informed by mindfulness. David abides by the Code of Ethics of the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists and those of the American Counseling Association.
David is a devoted husband and father and has loved all the opportunities for camping, hiking, and mountain biking in the Pacific Northwest.
Dale LaChance, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Dale LaChance is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). He has worked in numerous hospital and outpatient settings and spent 10 years overseeing the daily operations of the psychiatry, medical, and dental services at a state juvenile correctional facility.
He believes in evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to mental health, and has a comprehensive background working in private, rural community outpatient mental health clinics, and foster care agencies providing medication management and mental health care to children, adolescents and adults.
He specializes in treating ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Dale graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Kent State University and completed his Master of Science degree for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Walden University.
Patrick Testa, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Patrick Testa is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. He has experience helping patients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, ADHD, and other psychiatric issues. He went into the psychiatric field to support patients in their recovery and help break the stigma of mental illness.
In his practice, Patrick uses psychiatric medication and complementary approaches such as lifestyle changes, nutrition, and mindfulness. His philosophy is to treat the whole person and prescribe medication thoughtfully, considering best practices along with patient preferences. He enjoys working together with clients to develop a plan of care that is tailored to their goals, unique strengths, and life experiences.
Patrick graduated with his Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health at the Ohio State University. He also holds a Master’s from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Patrick completed his clinical training across inpatient, residential, and outpatient mental health settings. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, reading, and spending time with his wife, friends and family, and dog.
Madeleine Sanford, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Madeleine Sanford is board certified as both a family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (FNP-C, PMHNP-BC). After extensive experience in family medicine in multiple settings including outpatient, school-based health, education, and urgent care, she obtained an additional degree to become a PMHNP and focus on her passion for mental health.
Her style is individualized to the person, evidence based, trauma informed, and holistic. She sees patients across their lifespan, including children and adolescents. Additionally, she has completed training for medication-assisted therapy for opioid use disorders (MAT).
Faiza Haque, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Faiza Haque graduated from Mcmaster University in Ontario, Canada and later attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a master’s degree in nursing followed by post graduation diploma in Psychiatry. She is a compassionate person who works hard to build trust among her patients. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Faiza uses a holistic approach to diagnose and treat patients with a variety of mental health issues, providing medications, making assessments, and planning patient centered interventions. She believes that our lifestyle, including dietary choices and exercise habits, has a significant impact on our well-being as a proponent of preventative care.
She is dedicated to making each patient’s visit to the practice as pleasant and convenient as possible. Faiza treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and a range of other mental health concerns in patients ranging in age from 5 to 65. She works with a wide range of people and looks into themes such as cultural, ethnic, and gender differences. She offers evidence-based medication management as well as a variety of psychotherapy approaches that are tailored to her patients’ specific needs.
Faiza creates a welcoming environment in which people may open up about whatever is on their minds. She is willing to collaborate with her clients to assist them in effectively handling life’s stresses, gain a better understanding of themselves and be their best selves.

Meet Marina, our dedicated and bilingual Community Health Worker at Well Life Family Medicine. With proficiency in both Spanish and English, Marina is a registered professional through the Oregon Health Authority. She finds immense joy in assisting individuals in accessing the resources necessary for their well-being.
Marina is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, and her role at Well Life Medicine allows her to actively contribute to the success of our patients. Her approach to working with individuals is rooted in the belief that each person is the expert of their own experiences. With this philosophy in mind, Marina strives to build a strong connection with patients while providing unwavering support.
Beyond her work, Marina enjoys spending quality time with her beagle companion. Her love for reading and decorating further enriches her life outside the clinic.
