Adam Sadowski, is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. He completed his medical education at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in 2020 and served as the Chief Resident in 2023 at Well Life Medicine and is now returning on a part time basis.
He is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care with experience in both urban and rural community health settings. In addition to routine primary care services, he is passionate about integrating lifestyle medicine through an evidence-based approach with additional clinical interests in diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular issues, HIV PrEP, Hepatitis C, and vaccinations.

Dr. Evelin Dacker, MD

Dr. Evelin Molina Dacker is a Board-Certified Family Physician with over 33 years of experience providing compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals and families. She combines the best of conventional, integrative, and functional medicine to address the root causes of illness and support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
At Well Life Medicine, Dr. Dacker continues to serve her Medicare patients, offering relationship-centered care that emphasizes prevention, healthy aging, and the empowerment of each patient in their health journey. Known for her warmth, attentiveness, and respect for each person’s story, she creates a space where patients feel genuinely seen and supported.
In addition to her work at Well Life Medicine, Dr. Dacker is the founder of Wild Woman Wellness, a direct primary care and transformational medicine practice focused on women’s health, hormones, and midlife vitality. She is also an educator, writer, and national speaker on sexual health, integrative wellness, and the power of authentic communication in medicine.

Dr. Emma Stacey, ND
Chief Resident Physician, PGY-3
Dr. Emma Stacey is a licensed naturopathic doctor who practices with a foundation of evidence-based, integrative medicine. She was born and raised in Seattle before spending time on the East Coast studying undergrad at Connecticut College, earning a degree in Public Health. After spending several years working in the field of international public health, she switched careers to naturopathic medicine. She completed her doctorate of naturopathic medicine at Sonoran University in Tempe, AZ. During her schooling, she received additional training in dermatology, completing numerous rotations with dermatologists throughout her four years. After graduating, Dr. Stacey completed her first year of residency at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA where she supervised student clinicians in addition to seeing patients.
She enjoys seeing patients for dermatology concerns including skin checks, biopsies, and lesion removals. She additionally has a passion for endocrinology, rheumatology, gynecology, and metabolic conditions. When not working. Dr. Stacey enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, exercising, and gardening.

Dr. Francesca Negreanu, ND

Dr. Francesca Negreanu is a licensed naturopathic physician and first year resident physician. She began her education at University of California, Davis, studying psychology, and continued her experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Providence Brain and Spine Institute before deciding to pursue naturopathic medicine to focus on integrative medicine and preventative care. Francesca completed her doctorate of naturopathic medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. During her schooling, she discovered additional passions for endocrinology, gynecology and GI health. As a past personal trainer, Francesca continues to enjoy weight training, and spends as much of her free time outdoors with her dog.

Dr. Ellen Prairie, ND

Dr. Ellen Prairie is a licensed naturopathic physician and second year resident physician dedicated to inclusive, patient-centered care. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Northland College and gained experience in a variety of healthcare roles before completing her doctorate in naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University, where she also finished her first year of residency. Dr. Prairie’s clinical interests include comprehensive primary care, gender-affirming healthcare, mental health support, and harm-reductive approaches to wellness. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and discovering new restaurants.

Dr. Aaron Erez, DO
Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Aaron Erez is a board certified family medicine physician with extensive training in integrative and functional medicine. He attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed his family medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Corvallis, Oregon.
He has a certification in Functional Medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine and has had a lifelong passion for health optimization, nutrition, integrative medicine, and emotional and physical wellness. He enjoys delving into chronic and complex medical conditions with the goal of finding the root causes of illness. As part of the functional medicine approach, he will take a comprehensive look at all aspects of your health including your nutrition, gut function, biochemistry, sleep, exercise, and psychology to find the key factors that can be leveraged to optimize your health and well-being.
Dr. Erez is well-versed in integrative and innovative treatments for a wide range of illnesses but specializes in digestive conditions, men’s and women’s hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions, skin problems, and mental health issues. He strives to combine the best of conventional, alternative, and functional medicine to suit each individual patient’s needs. The overall goal is to reach a space where you feel understood and empowered to make changes in your life that ultimately level up your life and increase your happiness. Patients of all ages can see Dr. Erez via video conferencing, but if any in-person needs arise he is able to coordinate with other providers and staff at the clinic for things like blood work, diagnostics, injections, and other procedures.
In his free time he enjoys an active lifestyle, including biking, hiking, surfing, paddle boarding, functional fitness, and traveling.

Dr. Sreshtha Singh, DO

Dr. Srestha Singh, DO is currently working as an internal medicine resident at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA and is also seeing patients at Well Life Medicine. He has a passion for internal medicine and primary care. His clinical interests include metabolic disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. His passions include travel, sports, and music. In his free time he enjoys exploring new places with his wife and best friend Hinnah. He is currently accepting patients 18+

Emily Charlton, FNP-C & PMHNP
Family Nurse Practitioner & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Emily Charlton is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who recently returned to graduate school to further her education as a dually certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has studied at Gonzaga University and Liberty University. Her experience as a nurse extends back to 15 years ago when she started her career as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care. Previous nursing experience includes geriatric care, home healthcare, medical surgical nursing, and outpatient chronic pain management. Her advanced practice nursing experience includes primary care, family medicine, and urgent care.
She is an empathetic nurse practitioner who is focused on providing quality care and maintaining direct lines of communication with patients and the healthcare team. Emily is a calm and understanding professional who strives to treat both body and mind to provide care that is holistic and individualized. She cares for patients across the lifespan with various acute and chronic conditions.
Emily is a Portland Native and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and running. She is also a crafter, baker, lover of animals, and a strong supporter of the Portland Timbers. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Coraline, at the park and spending time with her sisters and two young nephews.

Alexander Goldman, PA
Physician Associate
Alexander Goldman, PA, believes health lies in physical, mental, and spiritual well being. He is dedicated to providing evidence-based western solutions while encouraging a holistic approach to prevention.
As an internal-medicine Physician Associate (PA), he was primary-care trained at the University of Washington School of Medicine, MEDEX PA program Class of 2020. Having worked in EMS since 2010 he is well acquainted with emergencies, and specialized becoming a wilderness rescue team-lead Paramedic conducting rescues on Mt Hood and surrounding Portland/Clackamas areas. Post-graduation he completed a hospital-medicine certification and has since worked as primary-attending hospital-provider for diverse surgical and medical patients.
Alexander looks forward to working with you to develop plans and support throughout life. As a general practitioner he is available for routine check-ups/ monitoring, sports medicine, complex disease management, up to geriatric care and advanced care planning.
When not in clinic he enjoys rock climbing, mountaineering, cycling, yoga, playing music, creating art, and spending time with his son and family.

Hannah Worthington, RN

Hannah Worthington is a dedicated nurse at Well Life medicine with over four years of experience in the healthcare field. Since graduating in 2021 Hannah has worked in both long-term care and gastroenterology, gaining a broad range of clinical skills and experience. She is especially passionate about preventative care and patient education. She believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their health by providing the information and support they need to make informed decisions. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, running, paddle boarding or exploring nature with her dog.

Dr. Aubrey Harding, ND

Dr. Aubrey Harding is a licensed naturopathic physician. She began her education at Macalester College in Minnesota studying psychology, biology, and community and global health. At that point, she decided to pursue naturopathic medicine to help people maximize their health.
She completed her doctorate of naturopathic medicine with honors in research at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She specifically enjoys seeing patients for metabolic disorders including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and heart disease, as well as medical weight loss, contraception, and women’s health.
Dr. Harding served as a board member of the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians for five years.
When not working, Dr. Harding enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and watching college football. Go Ducks!

Dr. Milligan received his medical education from the National College of Natural Medicine where he trained as a general practitioner and tailored his studies to receive more focused training in the field of men’s health, GI health, physical medicine, and pediatrics.
He aims to get to the root problem of his patient’s needs, whether that imbalance is in the GI tract, hormones, or mental health. By carefully listening to the patient’s story and through thorough lab testing he always works to find out how to restore the body back to equilibrium.
