Well Life Medicine’s primary care team is made up of multiple provider types including MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs and NDs (naturopathic doctors). NDs in Oregon are trained and practice as primary care physicians. All primary care providers here, including NDs, provide high-quality, evidence-based, relationally centered family medicine. We DO NOT offer adjunctive/complementary, naturopathic, or alternative care services. Dr. Emma Stacey, ND
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Emma Stacey is a licensed naturopathic doctor who practices with a foundation of evidence-based, integrative medicine. She was born and raised in Seattle before spending time on the East Coast studying undergrad at Connecticut College, earning a degree in Public Health. After spending several years working in the field of international public health, she switched careers to naturopathic medicine. She completed her doctorate of naturopathic medicine at Sonoran University in Tempe, AZ. During her schooling, she received additional training in dermatology, completing numerous rotations with dermatologists throughout her four years. After graduating, Dr. Stacey completed her first year of residency at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA where she supervised student clinicians in addition to seeing patients. She enjoys seeing patients for dermatology concerns including skin checks, biopsies, and lesion removals. She additionally has a passion for endocrinology, rheumatology, gynecology, and metabolic conditions. When not working. Dr. Stacey enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, exercising, and gardening.

Dr. Sreshtha Singh, DO
Physician, Telehealth ONLY
Dr. Srestha Singh, DO is currently working as an internal medicine resident at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA and is also seeing patients at Well Life Medicine. He has a passion for internal medicine and primary care. His clinical interests include metabolic disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. His passions include travel, sports, and music. In his free time he enjoys exploring new places with his wife and best friend Hinnah. He is currently accepting patients 18+

Dr. Adam Sadowski, ND
Primary Care Physician, Telehealth ONLY
Adam Sadowski, is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. He completed his medical education at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in 2020 and served as the Chief Resident in 2023 at Well Life Medicine and is now returning on a part time basis.
He is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care with experience in both urban and rural community health settings. In addition to routine primary care services, he is passionate about integrating lifestyle medicine through an evidence-based approach with additional clinical interests in diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular issues, HIV PrEP, Hepatitis C, and vaccinations.
Dr. Sadowski has routinely published in peer-reviewed medical journals and outside of medicine is an avid hiker, cook, and traveller

Dr. Ellen Prairie, ND
Resident Physician, PGY-2
Dr. Ellen Prairie is a licensed naturopathic physician and second year resident physician dedicated to inclusive, patient-centered care. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Northland College and gained experience in a variety of healthcare roles before completing her doctorate in naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University, where she also finished her first year of residency. Dr. Prairie’s clinical interests include comprehensive primary care, gender-affirming healthcare, mental health support, and harm-reductive approaches to wellness. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and discovering new restaurants.

Dr. Francesca Negreanu, ND
Resident Physician, PGY-1
Dr. Francesca Negreanu is a licensed naturopathic physician and first year resident physician. She began her education at University of California, Davis, studying psychology, and continued her experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Providence Brain and Spine Institute before deciding to pursue naturopathic medicine to focus on integrative medicine and preventative care. Francesca completed her doctorate of naturopathic medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. During her schooling, she discovered additional passions for endocrinology, gynecology and GI health. As a past personal trainer, Francesca continues to enjoy weight training, and spends as much of her free time outdoors with her dog.

Alexander Goldman, PA
Physician Associate
Alexander Goldman, PA, believes health lies in physical, mental, and spiritual well being. He is dedicated to providing evidence-based western solutions while encouraging a holistic approach to prevention.
As an internal-medicine Physician Associate (PA), he was primary-care trained at the University of Washington School of Medicine, MEDEX PA program Class of 2020. Having worked in EMS since 2010 he is well acquainted with emergencies, and specialized becoming a wilderness rescue team-lead Paramedic conducting rescues on Mt Hood and surrounding Portland/Clackamas areas. Post-graduation he completed a hospital-medicine certification and has since worked as primary-attending hospital-provider for diverse surgical and medical patients.
Alexander looks forward to working with you to develop plans and support throughout life. As a general practitioner he is available for routine check-ups/ monitoring, sports medicine, complex disease management, up to geriatric care and advanced care planning.
When not in clinic he enjoys rock climbing, mountaineering, cycling, yoga, playing music, creating art, and spending time with his son and family.

Dr. Elliot Taxman, ND, MS
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Elliot Taxman is a licensed naturopathic physician with extensive training and experience in primary care. He completed a three-year, CNME-accredited residency in primary care and graduated with honors from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in 2017, earning both a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Science in Integrative Medicine Research.
Dr. Taxman has spent the past six years practicing as a high-volume primary care physician in downtown Portland, Oregon, where he has provided comprehensive care for patients with both chronic and acute health concerns. His clinical work includes chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute and urgent care. He is committed to an integrative, evidence-based approach that prioritizes individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Prior to his recent years in practice, Dr. Taxman completed a wide range of clinical rotations in hospital systems and private clinical settings, both locally and internationally. These experiences continue to inform his thoughtful, modern approach to primary care and his commitment to accessible, patient-centered healthcare. Dr. Taxman is excited to bring this experience and perspective to Well Life Medicine and to support patients in achieving long-term health and wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Taxman enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys being active, exploring arts and music, cooking, and connecting with friends and family.

Dr. Isaac Lichtenstein, MD
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Isaac Lichtenstein, MD is a primary care physician and Associate Medical Director at Well Life Medicine. He is dedicated to a holistic approach to healthcare, with a strong focus on creating the time and space necessary to build therapeutic relationships between the healthcare team and their patients.
Dr. Lichtenstein’s career in medicine began in 2010 as an emergency room and critical care registered nurse. As a traveling nurse, he gained broad experience serving diverse communities across the country, with assignments in Washington D.C., Virginia, Texas, California, and Vermont. This foundational experience in patient care inspired him to advance his medical career.
He earned his medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. During his studies, Dr. Lichtenstein cultivated his passion for medical innovation and entrepreneurship, inventing a new biomedical blood testing device and competing in medical business competitions. It was also during this time that he discovered his deep interest in primary care and mental health care. He then completed his family medicine residency at Family Medicine of Southwest Washington, a program sponsored by PeaceHealth Medical Center in Vancouver, WA.
Dr. Lichtenstein was drawn to Well Life Medicine because of its patient-centered model that emphasizes comprehensive well-being. He is passionate about partnering with his patients to achieve their health goals.
Currently, Dr. Lichtenstein lives in Portland with his wife, Megan, who is an OB-GYN, and their dog, Bertie. In their free time, they love to go on long hikes in the Pacific Northwest, travel to new places near and far, and explore the vibrant culinary scene around the city and in their own kitchen.

Dr. Evelin Dacker, MD
Primary Care Physician – Not accepting new patients
Dr. Evelin Molina Dacker is a Board-Certified Family Physician with over 33 years of experience providing compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals and families. She combines the best of conventional, integrative, and functional medicine to address the root causes of illness and support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
At Well Life Medicine, Dr. Dacker continues to serve her Medicare patients, offering relationship-centered care that emphasizes prevention, healthy aging, and the empowerment of each patient in their health journey. Known for her warmth, attentiveness, and respect for each person’s story, she creates a space where patients feel genuinely seen and supported.
In addition to her work at Well Life Medicine, Dr. Dacker is the founder of Wild Woman Wellness, a direct primary care and transformational medicine practice focused on women’s health, hormones, and midlife vitality. She is also an educator, writer, and national speaker on sexual health, integrative wellness, and the power of authentic communication in medicine.

Brian Hopkins, DO, FAAFP, FASAM
Board-Certified Family Medicine & Addiction Medicine Physician
Dr. Brian Hopkins is a board-certified physician in both family medicine and addiction medicine, providing comprehensive care across emergency, primary care, and substance use treatment settings in Idaho and Oregon. Raised in Washington and Idaho, he is deeply connected to the communities he serves and is passionate about delivering accessible, patient-centered care in both urban and rural environments.
Dr. Hopkins earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Idaho State University before completing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his family medicine residency at Baldwin Health Family Medicine Residency along the Gulf Coast of Alabama. He additionally completed a rural medicine fellowship at Full Circle Health, further strengthening his skills in delivering high-quality care in rural and underserved communities.
In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Hopkins served in the Medical Corps of the Army National Guard as a Captain from 2015 to 2023, an experience that further shaped his commitment to service, leadership, and high-quality medical care in diverse settings.
Dr. Hopkins currently practices emergency medicine, family medicine, and addiction medicine, with a particular focus on individualized treatment for patients with substance use disorders. He is dedicated to meeting patients where they are and helping them achieve meaningful, lasting health outcomes.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Hopkins enjoys following Pacific Northwest sports and is a longtime fan of the Seahawks, Mariners, SuperSonics, and everything College Football! He enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and loves learning new things. He is excited to be part of Well Life Medicine and looks forward to providing compassionate, high-quality care to his patients.
