Dr. Daniel Milligan practices naturopathic family medicine with an integrative approach.
Dr. Milligan received his medical education from the National College of Natural Medicine where he trained as a general practitioner and tailored his studies to receive more focused training in the field of men’s health, GI health, physical medicine, and pediatrics.
He aims to get to the root problem of his patient’s needs, whether that imbalance is in the GI tract, hormones, or mental health. By carefully listening to the patient’s story and through thorough lab testing he always works to find out how to restore the body back to equilibrium. He is in a unique position to help patients with IBS, Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis, GERD, and Short-gut syndrome. He is also an expert in dealing with life after surgery and living with an ostomy.

Dr. Emma Stacey, ND
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Emma Stacey is a licensed naturopathic doctor who practices with a foundation of evidence-based, integrative medicine. She was born and raised in Seattle before spending time on the East Coast studying undergrad at Connecticut College, earning a degree in Public Health. After spending several years working in the field of international public health, she switched careers to naturopathic medicine. She completed her doctorate of naturopathic medicine at Sonoran University in Tempe, AZ. During her schooling, she received additional training in dermatology, completing numerous rotations with dermatologists throughout her four years. After graduating, Dr. Stacey completed her first year of residency at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA where she supervised student clinicians in addition to seeing patients. She enjoys seeing patients for dermatology concerns including skin checks, biopsies, and lesion removals. She additionally has a passion for endocrinology, rheumatology, gynecology, and metabolic conditions. When not working. Dr. Stacey enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, exercising, and gardening.

Emily Charlton, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Emily Charlton is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who recently returned to graduate school to further her education as a dually certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has studied at Gonzaga University and Liberty University. Her experience as a nurse extends back to 15 years ago when she started her career as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care. Previous nursing experience includes geriatric care, home healthcare, medical surgical nursing, and outpatient chronic pain management. Her advanced practice nursing experience includes primary care, family medicine, and urgent care.
She is an empathetic nurse practitioner who is focused on providing quality care and maintaining direct lines of communication with patients and the healthcare team. Emily is a calm and understanding professional who strives to treat both body and mind to provide care that is holistic and individualized. She cares for patients across the lifespan with various acute and chronic conditions.
Emily is a Portland Native and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and running. She is also a crafter, baker, lover of animals, and a strong supporter of the Portland Timbers. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Coraline, at the park and spending time with her sisters and two young nephews.
